Agile Stationery launches card deck version of the Multi-team Software Delivery Assessment

Agile Stationery and Matthew Skelton, founder and head of consulting at Conflux, have collaborated on a new tool for assessing and developing teams across various aspects of their practices.

The Software Delivery Assessment Card Deck is a set of six themes and 66 success factors. Based on the Multi-team Software Delivery Assessment devised by Conflux (itself based in part on Spotify's Squad Healthcheck), it helps managers support a culture of software delivery while respecting their teams' autonomy and differences.

The assessment covers six areas in total:

  1. Team Health

  2. Deployment

  3. Flow

  4. Continuous Delivery

  5. Operability

  6. Testing and Testability

The cards capture the individual success factors within each of the 6 themes and a description of healthy and unhealthy practices.
